Refund policy

• Try VODPlay free for 7 days before buying a license.
• If the license does not work because of a VODPlay problem and we cannot fix it, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
• No refund if the problem comes from the playlist, the playlist provider or the Internet connection.
• For any request: write to support@vodplays.com with your MAC address and proof of payment. Reply within 3 business days.
