Where do I find my MAC address and key?
At the bottom of the VODPlay home screen, and in Settings.
How do I add a playlist?
Go to vodplays.com, "My playlists" page, enter your MAC address and key, then add your M3U link or your Xtream details. In the app, press "Refresh".
My playlist does not work.
Check that your subscription with your provider is still active and that the link is correct. VODPlay does not provide playlists.
How do I activate my license?
On vodplays.com, "Activate" page. Then press "Refresh" in the app.
I changed devices.
A license is tied to one device. Contact us with the old and the new MAC address.
