Frequently asked questions
Does VODPlay provide channels?
No. VODPlay is only a player: it does not provide, sell or host any channels or content. You add your own playlist, from your own provider.
Where do I find my MAC address?
Open VODPlay: the device's MAC address and key are shown at the bottom of the home screen, and in Settings > My subscription.
How do I activate my license?
After paying, you receive an activation code. Enter it on the "Activation" page with the device's MAC address and key, then press Refresh in VODPlay.
How many playlists can I add?
Up to 4 playlists per device, added in the app or on this site. They are the same on both sides.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
After 7 days, playback stops until a license is activated. Your playlists and settings are kept: nothing to set up again.
